Barrie Turner, the guilty online dating scam from Delta BC Canada, will spend the next 4 years in prison.

Barrie Turner, 66, operates more than 200 websites for "Executive dating" without providing any legitimate matchmaking services. Including: Executive Catholic Dating, Executive Gay Dating, Executive Seattle Dating, etc.

Thousands of people joined his dating sites and paid as much as $1,500. But they got nothing in return. "Turner's sites raised my hopes and then, they dashed them," said a women from Executive dating, "I felt foolish, embarrassed and depressed."

"The Executive dating sites were nothing more than a scheme to defraud," said some of its members, "We are led to meet the fake 'matches' from time to time. And most of the time, the desired matches would tell us they have already met someone else. That's the whole story on this site.

Turner was arrested when trying to enter the U.S. in March, pleaded guilty to mail fraud charges in June. At last, he will be sent to prison for 51 months with 3 years of supervised release and and restitution pay $303,196 for mail fraud.
